SHIPPING + EXCHANGE + DAMAGED ITEMS
Hey Pretty Boutique is committed to processing orders promptly! All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Holidays and sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing.
As for now are currently only shipping within the U.S.
Orders must be returned within 7 days of time of delivery that they were received. All local returns but be dropped off within 7 days of the pick-up.
All clothes must be unworn and have original tags.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Any damaged items must be returned within 48 hours.
All damaged returns must be UNWORN with original tags STILL ATTACHED.
Once items are returned, you will receive a store credit.
